Working Principle
Skid-mounted LNG gasification station include: LNG unloading pressurization skid, LNG storage tank pressurization, LNG storage tank, main vaporizers, pressure regulation metering and odorizing skid, instrument air system, PLC control system, gas detection system.
LNG road tanker transport LNG to LNG gasification stations, use unloading boosters to increase the pressure in LNG road tanker, and transfer LNG to LNG storage tanks for storage. The tank pressure is increased through the self-pressurization system of the storage tank, and then the liquid phase outlet valve is opened. The LNG in the storage tank is sent to the vaporizers by the pressure difference, and then sent to the gas pipeline network after pressure regulation, metering, odorization and other processes.
