Patented Internal & Packing:
PCC developed many new and efficient packing to meet the different medium and usage environment based on the original packing. Winpak packing, this packing can greatly improve gas-liquid flux, under the same amount of treatment, by using the Winpak packing can effectively reduce the tower diameter and energy consumption. PCC also developed special reaction packing for reactive distillation. The catalyst is put in the packing, which can greatly improve the device efficiency by reacting & separating at the same time.

Ministry implements Thanlyin Oil Refinery Project to address fuel shortages in Myanmar
The Thanlyin Oil Refinery Project is being implemented to address the fuel shortages in Myanmar and a new oil refinery is being built as a first step, said Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin.
Modular Refinery project is scheduled to be completed in May 2026.
The Ministry of Energy stated that short-term and long-term plans are being developed to ensure the continued operation of the oil refinery, which can process 3 million tonnes of crude oil per year as part of Phase Two, and is expected to meet approx. half of the country's fuel needs upon the project's completion.
The Thanlyin Refinery to launch a modular-type refinery this year, with an annual capacity to process 500,000 tons of crude oil and 150,000 tons of Jet A1
PCCS, as a leading engineering company and EPC-OM Contractor in Oil & Gas processing, Petrochemical and other new energy business. Thanlyin Modular Refinery project is scheduled to be completed in May 2026.

1. Oil-water Batch Distillation Plant
Relevant Industry: Oil-water separation intermittent distillation unit
Owner: CHEM-SPECIALTIES SDN. BHD.
Country: Malaysia
Project Overview:
The owner is a company that cooperates with Petronas and specializes in solvent recovery, chemical refining, and chemical wastewater treatment. The owner requires us to design and manufacture modular skid-mounted units for easy and fast installation and construction. The COD of wastewater containing oil falls from 4000 PPM to below 200 PPM. After our experiments and process simulation, the device can handle the COD below 100 PPM.
We adopt modular overall design and construction solutions for fast installation and construction. All indicators meet the design requirements.
