On April 28, 2026, a high-level delegation led by the Koko Free Trade Zone of Nigeria, and composed of Beijing Global Safety Technology Co., Ltd. and Delta Energy of Nigeria, conducted a series of site visits and technical exchange activities in Tianjin. As an international engineering company with deep expertise in the fields of petrochemicals, natural gas chemicals, and new energy, our company participated in the entire matchmaking process and accompanied the delegation on their visits, actively promoting engineering services and industrial synergy in the context of the construction of the West African energy hub.
Morning Itinerary: On-site Visit to Peiyang Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Base
The delegation first visited Peiyang Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. (PCC & PCCS). Guided by company representatives, the guests gained a detailed understanding of the company's core chemical equipment, modular production system, and typical project achievements.
Key members of the delegation—Pastor Godwin Akpovie (Managing Director and CEO of the Nigerian Delta Economic Zone, Koko and Kwale Free Trade Zone), Oriavwote Peter Eseroghene (Board Director DSEZ-MC), Prince Okeroghene Avhurhi (Head, Business Development), and accompanying representatives from GSAFETY and DEP Energy—took a deep dive into the factory workshops, focusing on the oil and gas processing equipment and skid-mounted engineering solutions suitable for West African conditions. They also engaged in on-site exchanges regarding equipment supply and technological cooperation.

Afternoon Itinerary: Visit to the School of Chemical Engineering and the National Key Laboratory at Tianjin University
In the afternoon, the delegation proceeded to the School of Chemical Engineering at Tianjin University. Guided by faculty members, they systematically toured the school's Large-Scale Instrument Platform, Technical Experiment Center, and the National Key Laboratory of Chemical Engineering and Low-Carbon Technology.
The delegation spoke highly of Tianjin University's research strengths and cutting-edge achievements in chemical engineering and low-carbon technology, and conducted preliminary discussions on areas such as chemical engineering talent cultivation, joint technological research and development, and the transformation of research outcomes.

This visit represents an in-depth implementation action by all parties focused on core issues such as the comprehensive development of the Koko Free Trade Zone, cross-border logistics for the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors, and the expansion of West African shipping routes.
